What Lahore Casting Does

Lahore Casting is a sand-casting foundry in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan that produces iron and steel castings from 1 kg to 500 kg for sugar mills, cement plants, crushing and mining plants, agricultural machinery, automotive workshops and general industry across Pakistan. Metal is melted in medium-frequency induction furnaces of 100 kg to 500 kg per heat and poured into sand moulds in mild steel, carbon steel (1045), alloy steel (4140, 4340), grey cast iron, SG (ductile) iron, manganese steel, high chrome iron or stainless steel.

Parts are made to your CAD drawing, PDF drawing or a sample part, and delivered as-cast, shot blasted, heat treated or fully machined. Every heat is checked on an OES spectrometer before pouring, and material test certificates are issued on request. Standard lead time is 3–7 working days, there is no minimum order quantity, and quotes are returned within 24 hours.
